Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy Last updated: May 03, 2026 Thank you for choosing Airport Taxis 24. We aim to be fair to passengers and drivers. As we cover airport transfers and long-distance journeys across Ireland, charges may apply once a driver is allocated or starts travelling. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Payment-processing fees are non-refundable. 1. Early Cancellation Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup receive a full refund minus the payment-processing fee. 2. Same-Day / Short-Notice Cancellation If you cancel less than 24 hours before pickup, but before the driver starts travelling, a fee may apply depending on journey distance, driver allocation, and notice given. For local journeys, we normally refund the fare minus the payment-processing fee. For long-distance journeys, airport transfers, early/late pickups, or special allocation, a driver allocation fee may apply. 3. After Driver Dispatch Once the driver starts travelling, cancellation charges may apply to cover time, travel, fuel, and reasonable costs already incurred. For long-distance journeys, the charge may be up to the full agreed fare, depending on travel completed and the circumstances. 4. No-Show A booking may be treated as a no-show if the passenger does not arrive, does not answer calls, and has not cancelled in advance. For local journeys, a no-show fee may apply. For long-distance journeys, airport transfers, or bookings where the driver has travelled a significant distance, the full agreed fare may be charged. 5. Flight, Medical or Emergency Issues If your flight is cancelled, significantly delayed, you miss a connection, or you cancel due to a genuine medical or emergency reason, contact us as soon as possible. With valid proof, we will review the booking fairly. If the driver has not been dispatched, we normally refund the fare minus the payment-processing fee.
