Cancellation and Refund Policy Last updated: July 09, 2025 Thank you for choosing Airport Taxis 24. We aim to treat both passengers and drivers with fairness and understanding. All refunds are subject to a 1.8–2.8% payment-processing fee, which covers non-refundable transaction costs. Key Terms No-Show (No contact, no cancellation): Full fare charged (capped at €85); any excess is refunded, minus processing fee. Late Cancellation (30–120 minutes before pickup): A €50 driver fee applies; the remaining amount is refunded, minus processing fee. Early Cancellation (More than 120 minutes before pickup): Full refund, minus the processing fee. Flight Disruptions (Airline cancellation or missed connection): Full refund, minus processing fee - no driver fee applied when valid proof is provided. Policy Details No-Show If a passenger does not arrive at the pickup location and no contact is made, the booking may be considered a no-show. In these cases, the agreed fare may be charged (capped at €85), and any excess payment will be refunded, minus the payment-processing fee. We understand delays happen - including issues at baggage claim or within the airport. We will always make an effort to contact you first, and we encourage you to do the same if you’re delayed. Late Cancellation Cancellations made 30 to 120 minutes before the scheduled pickup time will incur a €50 driver allocation fee. The remainder is refunded, minus the processing fee. If your cancellation is due to medical reasons or airline issues, please let us know - we’re happy to review such cases fairly. Early Cancellation Cancellations made more than 120 minutes before pickup qualify for a full refund, minus the standard processing fee. Flight Disruption Exception If your flight is cancelled, significantly delayed, or you miss a connection through no fault of your own, you’re eligible for a full refund minus the processing fee.
